Proof

Method over claims.

MMP does not fabricate testimonials, invent results, or manufacture case studies. The Proof Room shows the method in practice — inspectable deliverable examples that demonstrate how MMP works, not invented outcomes that claim it does.

Evidence you can inspect. Not claims you have to trust.

Every example in the Proof Room is clearly labelled as illustrative. Each one shows the structure, the decisions, and the evidence trail of an MMP deliverable. The businesses in them are fictional. You can evaluate the method before you engage.

Illustrative example: fictional business, not a client engagement. Every example below carries this label. None of them is a real client, a real result, or a testimonial.

What the deliverables look like

Each card gives the scenario, what the deliverable covered, the decisions it recorded, and the unknowns it left open. Unknowns are written down, not hidden.

Digital Presence Plan

Scenario. A professional services firm with an outdated website, no CRM, and a fragmented client experience.

The Presence MRI produced for this engagement mapped three distinct customer entry points, identified a critical gap between the firm’s positioning and its website content, and surfaced an operational workflow that was creating follow-up delays. The resulting plan defined a phased engagement starting with website architecture.

Decisions recorded

  • Scope limited to website and CRM — operational workflow deferred to phase two
  • Existing domain and hosting retained — migration not required
  • CRM platform selected based on team size and existing tool dependencies

Unknowns left open

  • Content ownership: who holds existing copy and imagery
  • CRM data: whether existing contact records are exportable

This is an illustrative example. It does not represent a specific client engagement. Business details are fictional.

Website Architecture

Scenario. A specialist consultancy needing a website that converts expertise into inbound enquiries.

The Website Architecture for this engagement defined a five-page structure built around a single conversion goal: qualified enquiry. Each page was mapped to a stage in the buying process, with content strategy defined at the section level. Acceptance criteria were written for every page before design began.

Decisions recorded

  • Single conversion path — all pages lead to one enquiry form
  • No blog at launch — content strategy deferred to post-launch phase
  • Services page structured as a comparison, not a list

Unknowns left open

  • Photography: whether existing headshots meet quality threshold
  • Testimonials: client approval required before use

This is an illustrative example. It does not represent a specific client engagement. Business details are fictional.

CRM & Workflow Map

Scenario. A growing service business managing client relationships across email, spreadsheets, and memory.

The CRM & Workflow Map for this engagement designed a three-pipeline CRM covering new enquiries, active projects, and renewal opportunities. Role-based access was defined for three team members. Two automation sequences were mapped: a follow-up cadence for new enquiries and a renewal trigger at project close.

Decisions recorded

  • HubSpot selected — free tier sufficient for current team size
  • Existing spreadsheet data migrated — 340 contacts, 12 fields
  • Email integration via connected inbox — no custom domain required

Unknowns left open

  • Data quality: duplicate contacts in existing spreadsheet unresolved
  • Automation triggers: dependent on email open tracking — GDPR review required

This is an illustrative example. It does not represent a specific client engagement. Business details are fictional.

Verification Receipt

Scenario. Close of a Unified Presence engagement covering website, CRM, and core workflow automation.

The Verification Receipt for this engagement documented 23 acceptance criteria across four components. 21 were confirmed as met. Two were deferred: a third-party integration dependent on a vendor API change, and a mobile layout edge case on a legacy device. Both were logged with agreed resolution paths.

Decisions recorded

  • Two acceptance criteria deferred — logged with resolution owners and timelines
  • Performance baseline established — Core Web Vitals recorded at handoff
  • Handoff documentation delivered — includes admin guide and CRM onboarding notes

Unknowns left open

  • Vendor API change: timeline outside MMP control — monitored by client
  • Legacy device support: agreed out of scope at architecture phase

This is an illustrative example. It does not represent a specific client engagement. Business details are fictional.

Why no testimonials

MMP does not manufacture social proof.

No fabricated testimonials

MMP does not invent quotes, attribute results to unnamed clients, or use stand-in testimonials. If a client provides a testimonial, it will be attributed and verifiable.

No invented case studies

MMP does not write case studies that claim specific outcomes without evidence. Illustrative examples show method structure — not fabricated results.

No implied guarantees

MMP does not imply that every engagement produces the same outcome. Results depend on your business, your team, and your context.
