Mind My Presence is a veteran-founded robotics and software company. We bring strategy, execution and accountability together across websites, web apps, CRM, workflows and brand — and we train the AI tools businesses run on to behave. Every engagement is scoped to your actual situation, never a template.
Our story
We’re two neurodivergent U.S. military veterans. We’re building this company while living in transitional housing at U.S.VETS — not as a talking point, but because it’s the truth, and because it’s exactly why the mission matters to us.
Between us we’ve spent years inside the website industry and in cybersecurity. We’ve seen tens of thousands of small-business sites that just never met the mark — sites whose competitors simply look more professional, where the leads quietly go to the businesses that have what people are actually looking for. One of us leads strategy and the shape of the whole presence; the other leads security review and robotics. Different strengths, one standard.
We started MMP because we kept seeing the same thing: businesses with a website, a CRM, some workflows and a brand — none of it talking to each other — and now a pile of AI tools making confident mistakes on top. We connect the systems, and we make the AI dependable. Then we stay to keep it that way.
The founders
Leads strategy, client work and the shape of the whole presence. Years inside the website industry — tens of thousands of small-business sites seen — turned into one rule: show what’s real, label what isn’t, and verify before calling anything done.
Leads independent security review and robotics R&D. A cybersecurity specialist with ten years of coding experience, heading back to school for electrical engineering — the engineering he’s wanted to build his whole life.
