How MMP Works

A method built around your business. Not a template.

MMP follows four phases — Understand, Architect, Realize, Verify. Each one earns the next. Nothing is designed before it is understood.

The approach

Evidence before architecture. Architecture before implementation.

Most digital projects fail because they start with a solution. MMP starts with your business — its goals, its constraints, its people, and its gaps. Only then does architecture begin.

  1. Understand

    No assumptions. No shortcuts.

  2. Architect

    Design that earns its decisions.

  3. Realize

    Implementation that follows the plan.

  4. Verify

    Confidence, not assumption.

Phase 01 of 04

Understand. No assumptions. No shortcuts.

MMP begins by learning your business — not by applying a template to it.

What happens in this phase

Before any design or architecture work begins, MMP conducts a structured discovery process. We map your customer path, your current digital presence, your operational workflows, and the gaps between where you are and where you need to be. This phase produces the Presence MRI — a clear, honest picture of your current state and the opportunity ahead.

What it covers

  • Business goals and desired outcomes
  • Customer path and touchpoint mapping
  • Current website, CRM, and operational system audit
  • Workflow and team structure review
  • Gap analysis and opportunity identification
Output Presence MRI — your current-state diagnosis and opportunity map

Phase 02 of 04

Architect. Design that earns its decisions.

Architecture is where understanding becomes a plan.

What happens in this phase

Using the Presence MRI as the foundation, MMP designs the right solution for your business. This is not a wireframe or a theme selection — it is a complete architectural blueprint covering your website structure, CRM design, workflow logic, and implementation sequence. Every decision is traceable to a business need identified in the Understand phase.

What it covers

  • Website architecture and content strategy
  • CRM record design, pipeline, and role mapping
  • Workflow and automation logic
  • Integration and dependency mapping
  • Implementation sequence and phasing
Output Digital Presence Blueprint — your complete architecture and implementation plan

Phase 03 of 04

Realize. Implementation that follows the plan.

Realization turns the blueprint into a working system.

What happens in this phase

MMP implements the architecture according to the blueprint — building your website, configuring your CRM, connecting your workflows, and validating each component against the acceptance criteria defined in the Architect phase. Where MMP is not the implementing party, the blueprint and specification serve as the handoff document for your chosen implementation team.

What it covers

  • Website build and content implementation
  • CRM configuration and data migration
  • Workflow and automation setup
  • Integration and connection testing
  • Staged delivery with review checkpoints
Output Working system — delivered against the blueprint and acceptance criteria

Phase 04 of 04

Verify. Confidence, not assumption.

Verification closes the loop between what was designed and what was built.

What happens in this phase

MMP does not consider a project complete when it is built — only when it is verified. The Verify phase tests the delivered system against the acceptance criteria, confirms that the business goals identified in Understand are addressed, and produces a Verification Receipt that documents what was delivered, what was tested, and what remains open. This is the evidence that the engagement delivered what it promised.

What it covers

  • Acceptance criteria testing against the blueprint
  • Business goal alignment review
  • Performance, accessibility, and quality checks
  • Unknowns and decisions register review
  • Handoff documentation and next-step guidance
Output Verification Receipt — documented evidence of what was delivered and confirmed

Guiding principles

What makes MMP different.

Five rules the method does not bend on.

Understanding before architecture

No design begins before the business is understood. The Presence MRI is not optional.

Architecture before implementation

No implementation begins before the blueprint is agreed. This prevents expensive mid-build corrections.

Smallest complete engagement

MMP recommends the smallest engagement that genuinely addresses your need — not the largest one that maximizes scope.

Honest boundaries

Where a capability is conditional, regulated, or uncertain, MMP says so. We do not imply automatic access or guaranteed outcomes.

Evidence over claims

MMP does not fabricate results, testimonials, or case studies. The Proof Room shows method examples, not invented outcomes.
