Deliverables

A clear plan. Real outcomes.

Every MMP engagement produces tangible, inspectable deliverables — not a verbal summary or a slide deck. Each one is designed to be used, not filed away.

What you receive

Built to be handed over. Built to be acted on.

MMP deliverables are working documents. They contain the decisions, the architecture, the acceptance criteria, and the implementation sequence your business needs to move forward — whether MMP implements them or you do.

Four deliverables

What each phase produces

The Digital Presence Plan is the foundation. Everything after it traces back to the goals it defines.

01 · Strategy Plan Phase: Understand
DELIVERABLE

Digital Presence Plan

SUMMARY
A structured diagnosis of your current digital presence and a clear map of the opportunity ahead.
DETAIL
The Digital Presence Plan is the output of the Understand phase. It documents your current website, CRM, and operational state; maps your customer path and touchpoints; identifies the gaps between where you are and where you need to be; and defines the business goals that the rest of the engagement will address. It is the foundation every subsequent deliverable is built on.
CONTAINS
  • Current-state audit: website, CRM, and operations
  • Customer path and touchpoint map
  • Gap analysis and prioritised opportunity register
  • Business goals and success criteria
  • Recommended engagement scope and phasing
NOTE
This is an illustrative example of the deliverable structure. It does not represent a specific client engagement.
02 · Website Design Phase: Architect
DELIVERABLE

Website Architecture

SUMMARY
A complete blueprint for your website — structure, content, flow, and implementation specification.
DETAIL
The Website Architecture document defines every structural and strategic decision for your website before a single page is built. It covers your information architecture, content strategy, page-level flow design, conversion logic, and technical specification. Every decision traces back to a business goal identified in the Digital Presence Plan.
CONTAINS
  • Information architecture and site map
  • Page-level flow and content strategy
  • Conversion logic and CTA hierarchy
  • Technical specification and platform requirements
  • Acceptance criteria for each page and component
NOTE
This is an illustrative example of the deliverable structure. It does not represent a specific client engagement.
03 · CRM & Workflows Phase: Architect
DELIVERABLE

CRM & Workflow Map

SUMMARY
A complete design for your CRM — records, roles, pipelines, and the workflows that connect them.
DETAIL
The CRM & Workflow Map defines how your customer relationships, team roles, and operational processes will be structured in your CRM. It covers record design, pipeline architecture, automation logic, and integration dependencies. It is designed to be handed directly to an implementation team — or used by MMP to configure your CRM in the Realize phase.
CONTAINS
  • Record design: contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects
  • Pipeline architecture and stage definitions
  • Role-based access and team structure
  • Workflow and automation logic
  • Integration and dependency map
NOTE

04 · Implementation Plan Phase: Realize → Verify
DELIVERABLE

Implementation Roadmap

SUMMARY
A sequenced, phased plan for delivering the architecture — with acceptance criteria and a verification receipt.
DETAIL
The Implementation Roadmap translates the architecture into a delivery sequence. It defines the phases, milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria for every component of the engagement. It also includes the unknowns and decisions register — a transparent record of what was known, what was deferred, and what remains open. The Verification Receipt closes the engagement with documented evidence of what was delivered and confirmed.
CONTAINS
  • Phased delivery sequence and milestone definitions
  • Component-level acceptance criteria
  • Unknowns and decisions register
  • Risk and dependency log
  • Verification Receipt: what was delivered and confirmed
NOTE
This is an illustrative example of the deliverable structure. It does not represent a specific client engagement.
